There are plenty of water taps and toilets along the course.
Aid stations:
There will be aid stations spaced no greater than 5km apart. The stations will carry water, cola, glucose-type sweets and bananas. Toilets are available at every 1km or so, normally near the numerous surf lifesaving clubs along the beach. Runners will be permitted to have seconders or crew. Athletes with their own special drinks, food etc can arrange to have their supplied dropped at any aid station they nominate.
